October 27th- Chipotle Spirit Night
November 4th- All-Region Phase 1 (Symphonic Band Flutes, Clarinets, Trumpets, Trombones)- Trent MS- 5:30-9:15 (individual times to be assigned later)
November 5th- All-Region Phase 1 (Symphonic Band Oboes, Bassoons, Alto Saxophones, French Horns, Euphoniums, Tubas, and Percussion)- Faubion MS- 5:30-9:15 (individual times to be assigned later)
November 9th- All-Region Phase 2 (Symphonic Band Bass Clarinets and Low Saxophones and all advancing from Phase 1)- Strike Middle School- 5:30-9:15 (individual times to be assigned later)
November 10th- RHS Cluster 8th Grade Game Night/Parent Meeting
November 11th- Veteran's Day Breakfast Performance- Symphonic Band Only
Fundraiser Finale- Redeem your coins!
Thank you all SO much for your support in this year's fundraiser. The money that you all raised will help the band purchase new music stands, pay for clinicians, scholarship private lessons, and so much more! Students now have 30 days to redeem their coins in the prize shop.
Chipotle Spirit Night- October 27th
Join us at Chipotle on October 27th for our first Spirit Night of the year! Mention that you are there for the Pearson Band and the band will receive part of the proceeds. Instructions for online ordering are below.
Symphonic Band Sectionals
Students in Symphonic Band will begin their weekly sectional rehearsals the week of August 17. Click here to learn more about sectionals.
The Symphonic Band Sectional Schedule is as follows:
10/26-30
Students do not have their regularly scheduled sectionals- they have signed up for 1-on-1 work sessions with Mr. Jenson this week in lieu of their normal sectional.
Percussion will have sectionals with Ms. Magee during their band class
Concert Band Sectionals
Monday AM (7:30-8:15)-Flutes and Oboe
Monday PM (4:00-4:45)- Euphonium and Tuba
Tuesday AM (7:30-8:15) - Clarinets
Tuesday PM (4:00-4:45) - Saxophones
Wednesday AM (7:30-8:15) - Trombones, Low Reeds, Tenor Sax
Wednesday PM (4:00-4:45)- Trumpets
Thursday PM (4:00-4:45) - French Horns
