Middle School Night with the Frisco High School Band
Frisco HS home vs. Reedy HS @ The Star
MIDDLE SCHOOL COMBINE NIGHT!
We would LOVE for parents to attend this event. Everyone who enters the stadium must purchase a ticket. CLICK HERE for more information.
4:00-4:15 pm Middle School students arrive at Frisco HS, drop off in BACK of school into band hall entrance. Students are responsible for providing their own transportation - we highly encourage carpooling! :)
Students should bring their instruments (in cases), lyres/flip folders or folding music stand. Wear Pearson Band t-shirts and tennis shoes. If you have a home and a school instrument, bring your home instrument. Percussion students need to bring mallets and music only.
4:25 Dinner provided in the FHS Cafeteria.
5:45 pm Depart for The Star on busses
6:00 pm Arrive, unload buses and prepare equipment.
• MS students should have instruments in CASES and all items off busses
7:00 pm FHS Football Game Begins – GO FIGHTING RACCOONS!!!
8:15 pm Approximate halftime performance time- go Frisco Band!
9:00 pm Middle school students say goodbye, move to pack instruments into cases on the concourse
• If parents are attending the game, you will meet your student behind the Section where the
band is sitting. You will check out with Mr. Jenson.
• If parents are not attending the game, your student will exit the stadium with Mrs. Black. Students will be picked up on the south end of Tostinos Plaza on Cowboys Way approximately between 9:10-9:20. Please note - Mrs. Black must see parents before students are released. Students will NOT be released to walk into the shopping/dining district or a parking lot/garage alone. The area will be very crowded, so give yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot and walk to the pick up location.
Please note, in order to enter the stadium, you MUST purchase a ticket - they will not let you into the stadium without a ticket even if you’re just picking up your child.

DSO on the Go
The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is coming to Stonebriar Community Church in their DSO on the Go Ensemble Series on October 22, 2023. This concert is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a world-class orchestra locally at an amazing price. This year’s ensemble concert will be free admission for students, staff, parents—everyone! The concert will feature a DSO String and Brass Ensemble for a 90-minute concert.
Concert and Symphonic Band Fall Concert
Date: Tuesday October 24
Location: Frisco High School

Schedule:
5:45-5:55pm - Students arrive at Frisco High School for warm-up. Symphonic Band warms up in the band hall. Concert Band warms up in the orchestra room
6:00pm - Students are seated in their warm up locations ready to play
6:30pm - Concert Begins in the Auditorium.
7:15pm - approximate ending of the concert
Students will wear their 2023-2024 band tshirt with jeans and tennis shoes. They should bring their instrument, music, and everything they need to play.
This is a required, graded performance. All Concert and Symphonic Band students must be in attendance.
Chick-fil-a Spirit Night!
Join the band on Wednesday October 25 for our Chick-fil-a Spirit Night Fundraiser. Mention that you are with the Pearson Band and we will receive a portion of the proceeds!
